We will perform the following services: We will prepare, from information you provide, your town’s Personal Property Declaration (“PPD”) as of October 1, 2025 and the M-65 Manufacturing Machinery & Equipment exemption form, where applicable. We will not audit or review any information you provide to us in the preparation of these forms. You are solely responsible for the information reported on the PPD Form and M-65 Form where applicable. You are aware that it is your responsibility to advise us of any additions or disposals of machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures. Please provide paperwork for any new leased equipment acquired after October 1, 2024. We have no responsibility for any penalty that may arise from your failure to mail the signed PPD and M-65 where applicable by the filing due date. Failure to file timely will result in a penalty equal to 25% of the assessment of the personal property. This PPD must be filed or postmarked by November 1, 2025, or the date specified by your local assessor, if sooner. All property tax declarations will be emailed to you and is your responsibility to print, sign and mail (postmarked) to your town/city assessor’s office by November 1, 2025. An invoice for the time we incur at our standard billing rates will be issued to you within 30 days upon completion of the Property Tax Declaration and is due upon receipt. If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding, please sign the copy of this letter in the space provided and return it to our office with the personal property valuation questionnaire and new lease paperwork.
