Shaun joined FKCo in 2010 and plays a key role in the design and maintenance of the firm’s website, as well as other impactful client facing media. Shaun joined FKCo in 2010 as an accounting professional and spent the next 6 years handling most aspects of our business clients’ year-end accounting, financial statement and tax compliance engagements. In 2015, Shaun’s role with FKCo changed when he moved back to his home state of Michigan to remotely provide webmaster services to FKCo and start his education company My Accounting Course where he teaches people accounting and helps prepare them for the CPA exam.
Shaun earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Music Industry Management from Ferris State University in 2010. Shaun surprisingly possesses many unique and varied skill sets at a high-degree of proficiency. Aside from his accounting and tax experience, he is an accomplished guitarist, skilled guitar luthier, videographer, and skilled in all aspects of website design, including an in-depth understanding of PhotoShop, Final Cut and a variety of other creative software applications.
When he’s not working online, you can usually find Shaun building guitars or cooking up new recipes in the kitchen with his wife Kailee.
